WHAT DO YOU WISH?

I was looking at my calendar and noticed that tomorrow is 11/11. Whenever I see 11:11 on the clock - I think I need to make a wish. Which got me thinking...

...What are your wishes for your child? Has the fact that your child has special needs changed your wishes? I think that we all wish that the children in our lives live the best life possible and are happy...but what about beyond that?

Brenda Rothman (Mama Be Good) said...: I tend to be very cautious when making wishes about my child's future. Bad luck, jinxes ... too scary! Beyond of course that I want him to be happy and healthy. For the immediate future, to have more good days than bad, to have fun, to have less frustration, to feel safe in more places and with more people, and to eat by himself. Not pushing my luck, huh.
