You have a friend who you think you are pretty close to. You share in her life, ask about her kids, and do the normal things that friends do. Here’s the catch…you friend rarely if ever asks about your child who has special needs. Maybe she is a little uncomfortable – maybe she does not know what to say – who knows what the problem is – but it is there underlying.
