You asked and we listened. Sprinkles unveils a gluten free twist on everyone’s favorite flavor. Made with gluten free flour and topped with our original cream cheese frosting, now there’s one more reason to celebrate with Sprinkles!

As with all other Sprinkles Cupcakes flavors, Founder and Pastry Chef, Candace Nelson created the recipes herself after pouring through cookbooks, shopping at natural food stores and speaking with friends who have dietary constraints. “Over the last couple years, we have seen the requests for vegan and gluten-free cupcakes rise steadily. So we decided to explore different recipes from our fans,” said Nelson. “Now, regardless of health or dietary restrictions, we are excited that more people can enjoy a Sprinkles cupcake on their birthday.”

Since opening in Beverly Hills in 2005, Sprinkles, the first cupcake-only bakery, has been credited with inspiring a national cupcake craze as reported by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, NBC’s The Today Show and ABC’s Nightline.
