SPRINKLES CUPCAKE GIVEAWAY!

If you love CUPCAKES this giveaway is for you! Read below to see how to enter!

Here is what you could WIN!

A gift card from Sprinkles for 1 dozen CUPCAKES of ANY flavor,

with no expiration date.

A message from the great people at Sprinkles:

Sprinkles Introduces Gluten Free Red Velvet!

You asked and we listened. Sprinkles unveils a gluten free twist on everyone’s favorite flavor. Made with gluten free flour and topped with our original cream cheese frosting, now there’s one more reason to celebrate with Sprinkles!

Available daily. Just look for the red G to know it’s gluten free red velvet!

As with all other Sprinkles Cupcakes flavors, Founder and Pastry Chef, Candace Nelson created the recipes herself after pouring through cookbooks, shopping at natural food stores and speaking with friends who have dietary constraints. “Over the last couple years, we have seen the requests for vegan and gluten-free cupcakes rise steadily. So we decided to explore different recipes from our fans,” said Nelson. “Now, regardless of health or dietary restrictions, we are excited that more people can enjoy a Sprinkles cupcake on their birthday.”

Since opening in Beverly Hills in 2005, Sprinkles, the first cupcake-only bakery, has been credited with inspiring a national cupcake craze as reported by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, NBC’s The Today Show and ABC’s Nightline.

SPRINKLES LOCATIONS - check the Coming Soon section too! There is no expiration to this gift card!

Have you ever...

...bought a new car and then all of the sudden all you see on the road is the same car when you thought you had "never" seen that car before? Well, that may be a bit of an exaggeration but you get the point!

It has been happening to me lately with gluten free food. Ever since I have been blogging and reading posts from others on KnowledgeSafari.com about gluten free living, I have seen it every where! Which is so great for those living with celiac or following a "gfree" diet for autism.

I noticed an entire section at Target - or "Tarjay" to me and yes they know me by name there! Then I noticed a great selection at my local grocery store. I have been reading some reviews on KnowledgeSafari.com about restaurants with gluten free menus and the list goes on and on.

We have a great gluten free giveaway coming up next week. I might just sprinkle a few hints here and there - feel free to throw out a guess!

What gluten free products do you just love? Tell us here and if you want to share it - we would love to have you write a quick review on KnowledgeSafari.com.

GLUTEN-FREE TOPS FOOD TRENDS LISTS

Reading the newspaper and articles online toward the end of last year…okay so a few days ago…there were all kinds of lists of trends listed – I noticed in the food trends section that Gluten Free was always placed in the top.

If you have Celiac Disease or have your child on a gluten free diet this is good news because it means that there are so many more options out there. Many restaurants offer gluten free options right on the menu or will be happy to oblige. There are many more products on the grocery shelves and numerous options for online ordering on the internet.

Do you have a favorite restaurant or gluten free resource that you would like to share? Please let us know.

We were told about this deal at Midwestern grocery store chain – they offer 15% off of all gluten free products on the third week of every month. www.henhouse.com If your local store does not offer something similar you could direct them to this website and see if they might comply.
