Guest Blogger Neal David Sutz and Giveaway

Meet guest blogger Neal David Sutz. (Make sure to read until the end for the giveaway information!)

Hi, I am Neal David Sutz.

7 years ago, I was diagnosed with the most difficult-to-treat form of bipolar disorder - that is, bipolar II disorder with ultra-ultra rapid cycling and mixed states, coupled with severe, generalized anxiety disorder. In short, my form of bipolar disorder is known by medical professionals as the hardest form to successfully treat, the kind with the lowest rate of successfully treating and the kind with the highest suicide rate.

After dedicating my life to my recovery, not only taking medications, but also changing my life, such as learning to sleep well, eat well, exercise and many other things, I got better - That was about a year after my treatment started.

Since then, I was stabilized and have remained balanced and well ever since. I no longer have symptoms of any kind and continue to work every day on my continued recovery.

I believe that total and complete recovery is possible for all those who suffer from mental illness and that it takes total personal dedication and tons of effort and learning.

In short, if I can get better and remain without symptoms for so many years, anyone can get better.

I wrote my book, "Kick It With Gusto - A Practical Guide To Living Through Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder" both as a tool for my own recovery and one that can be used by anyone as an effective tool in their recovery.

I produced my documentary film, "To Life - One's Journey Beyond Bipolar" as an educational and informative piece on mental health in America. It is incredibly informative and captivating.

I wrote and produced my feature film, "Human Like You - A Bipolar Odyssey" as the based-on-a-true-story feature film to share with the world my story, both how and when I became ill, how I got better and how I stay better.

This film is not only entertaining as a film, but also very informative, as it is the only film to ever be produced on mental illness that actually shows the main character going through his eventual triumph over bipolar disorder.

All 3 of my products are great tools in recovery and are for patients, family members, medical professionals and the community at large.

It is our honor to be working with Knowledge Safari to give away a package of all 3 products to you.

Hi! I'm one of those 'lucky' ones who has depression/anxiety/bipolar. It has affected my life in so many ways. There are days when I can function with no problems, and then there are days when all I want to do is hide under the covers and not face anyone. I sometimes lose my temper quickly, and other times I'm the most patient person in the world. I'm on so many medications that my body is like a walking pharmacy.

I'd love to read this book to learn how I can better live with depression and bipolar. Thanks for hosting this giveaway!
