What I found equally inspirational to the story of Connor Olson is his band of friends who are standing by him with kindness and grace. Without knowing them, my guess is that this experience with their friend has turned them from boys and girls into men and women.

They will surely have learned life lessons from being friends with Connor. We can only hope for the same type of friends to enter the lives of the children in our lives.
