Welcome to What Would You Do Wednesday here on the Knowledge Safari blog. Each week we take a reader's question and throw it out to you to help us answer.
If you have a question, please email it to us at blog@knowlegdesafari.com . Make sure to let us know if you would like us to change your name or include your blog!
Today's question comes from Alyssa.
"My daughter has made a friend who has cerebral palsy. They met at school and they are at the stage of wanting to have play dates, etc. I really do not have any experience with special needs and I am wondering if I should address it with her friend's mom. Should I ask if there is anything that I need to know when having her daughter to my home? Or, should it be incumbent upon her to tell me? What is the etiquette here?"
I surrender all..
